1.How about the payment terms?
2.ls the whole working procedure finished by your workshop?
90% procedures are finished in our workshop, so we can control strictly the quality of components and finished products. Surface color treatment is done outside but we check each batch incoming materials.
3.How do you guarantee your quality?
Firstly, quality test in every process. We produce most components by ourselves, started from cutting raw material, machining roughly in the first step, casting, forging, punching, heat treatment, finish machining, painting, assembling and finally packing, we will spot check for each step. Secondly, we collect all comments on our products from customers in time, then improve quality all the time.
4.What about lead time and stock status?
We have stock for our best-selling products and most models, so we can shorten delivery time to 3 days and even 1 day after order confirmation.
5. Can I have a sample order?
Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
6.What support can I get?
We will provide training support, marketing support, technical support and supply chain support. You can contact us for more information.
7.Where is your factory located? Can I visit your factory?
We are in Hangzhou city, east China. We have international airport. 1 hour from Shanghai by train. Very convenient to visit us, and all clients from all over the world are highly welcomed.
8.Do you provide guarantee for the products?
Yes, we offer whole set 2 years warranty, can extend to 3 years with fee.
30% T/T in advance, 70% balance before the delivery. Other terms like O/A and L/C also available, we can discuss in details.
